LANDFILL
Shuniah Residents
Passenger vehicles and 1/2 ton trucks may dispose of up to eight bags, and their own brush for an Annual Sticker Fee as follows:
Permanent Residents

First Vehicle - $25.00 - Valid April 1st until March 31st of the following year
Seasonal Residents
-
First Vehicle - $12.50 - Valid April 1st until October 31st of the same year
Second Vehicle or Replacement Sticker $5.00
Note
: The Landfill stickers will be restricted to two stickers per dwelling or property and must be affixed to the vehicle for which it is issued.
Passenger Vehicles, 1/2 ton Trucks or trailers Exceeding 8 bags (per occasion) $12.50

BURNING PERMITS
Burning Permits for brush, grass and debris are now required under By-law No. 1953-98 and can be obtained at no fee by calling the Firehall at 983-2021 or in person at the Township office or area stores.
