Council will meet once a month as a Committee of the Whole of Council.Council members, among the four Ward Councillors, will rotate as Chair. Meetings of the Committee of the Whole are held the second and fourth Monday of each Month starting at 4:00 pm in Council chambers. Except July, August and December. Meetings that fall on a holiday will be held the following business day. Meeting Procedures: If you wish to appear before the Committee of the Whole with a deputation, you must contact the Clerk's office in writing before noon on the Monday preceding the Committee meeting. |
