Council
will meet once a month as a Committee of the Whole of Council.
Council members, among the four Ward Councillors, will rotate
as Chair. Meetings of the Committee
of the Whole are held on the Tuesday immediately following the third Monday of
each month commencing at 4:30 p.m.
The
second and fourth Monday of each Month starting at 4:00 pm in Council chambers. Except July, August and December.
Meetings that fall on a holiday will be held the following business day.
Meeting Procedures:
If you wish to appear before
the Committee of the Whole with a deputation, you must contact the Clerk's
office in writing before noon on the Tuesday
Monday preceding the Committee meeting. | |
 Fire
Permits are required as of April 1st 2008. You can obtain a Shuniah
Burning permit at your local Shuniah stores or at our office, 420 Leslie
Ave. |
