Shuniah Police Services Board Meetings

 

 

All meetings are open to the public, save and except closed sessions. The procedural by-law clearly outlines what items may be dealt with in a closed session and the procedure for same.

Regular meetings are held every third Monday each month; except July, August and December, keeping in mind that when the need arises, a Special Meeting may be called. Meeting dates that fall on a holiday are held the next business day. Regular meetings commence at 5:30 pm.

 

Special meetings are scheduled as the need arises and are called by the Chair. These meetings require only 24 hours notice therefore depending on the length of notice; the agenda could be presented at the meeting.
