Committee of the Whole (CoW) and Regular Meetings of Council : second and fourth Monday of each month in Council Chambers - 420 Leslie Avenue, Thunder Bay Ontario. CoW-4:00 p.m. Council - 5:00 pm A Holiday Monday- same time and place but the following day (Tuesday). July, August and December the 2nd Monday only
If you wish to submit material or appear before Council or the Committee of the Whole their consideration please forward a copy of the submission via regular mail, email or fax to the Clerk by noon the Monday, one week prior to the meeting. If you wish to appear before Council with a deputation, you must contact the Clerk's office in writing before noon on the Monday preceding the Council meeting. All submissions to Council must be received by the clerk by the Monday, one week prior to the meeting. Meetings to hear Minor Variance and Consent Applications are set as the applications are submitted .
