In an effort to “Flatten the Curve” if you are self-isolating or practicing social distancing and are not able to or wanting to go out, below is a list of services that may be of assistance. Also, if you are interested in volunteering, you could also contact these services to offer your assistance.

Shoppers Drug Mart – contact your pharmacy to inquire if they provide prescription delivery and if they could also deliver some Groceries when they come.
Other Pharmacies – contact your pharmacy to inquire if they provide prescription delivery and if they could also deliver some Groceries when they come.
Driving Miss Daisy – 630-0890 – offering to pick up groceries or prescription and deliver them to you, also has many other services, contact for more information
Superstore – https://www.realcanadiansuperstore.ca/ – you can shop online and then pick up your groceries without entering the store, they also show a delivery option on their website, you may be able to have your groceries delivered.
Walmart – www.walmart.ca –you can shop online and then pick up your groceries at customer service, they also show a delivery option on their website, you may be able to have your groceries delivered.
