A First Time Lottery Application Package or Core File must be set up with the Municipality prior to an application being processed. The core file is only required initially and can be updated if future applications are requested.

The following information is required to set up the Core File with the Municipality:

• Most recent Financial Statements
• Most recent Budget Public Version
• Most recent Annual Report
• T3010 2021 – Registered Charity Information Return
• Incorporation Document
