Further to the Planning Act:

Within 20 days of the Notice of passing of by-law or notice of refusal an appeal to the Tribunal may be submitted by filing with the clerk of the municipality a notice of appeal, accompanied by the fee charged by the Tribunal.

The clerk of a municipality or the secretary-treasurer of a planning board who receives a notice of appeal shall ensure that, a record is compiled which includes the prescribed information and material; and is forwarded to the Tribunal, within 15 days after the last day for filing a notice of appeal.
